Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, return for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.  Product is warrantied from manufactures defects for one year.  Please note that condensation and small leaks may occur and are excluded from warranty.  Contact sales@themetallichorse.com for warranty claims.

*Any order returned by carrier because import duties, taxes or brokerage fees were not paid by the buyer are non-refundable. 

*Personalized horse boots are non refundable unless there is a manufacture defect.

*The buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless there is a manufacture defect.
